Brad Groff heads up Design Sales Team. Brad is co-owner of the company with a BS in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley College. He has award winning projects published both locally and nationally. His work has been on the cover of E.P. Henry's catalog. Brad is also an active speaker on landscape design and does business consulting in the Green Industry.

Lauren Engle is a landscape designer and has been with river valley landscapes since 2002. She attended college at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown Pa and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design and Ornamental Horticulture. Lauren is a native to Lancaster.

As a landscape designer, Lauren's main goal is a balance of design, function, creativity and customer service.

Doug Myers is a landscape designer known for his knowledge in creating gardens with a sense of place. Doug has over thirteen years experience in the design of outdoor living environments. With sensitivity towards materials and site, his projects exhibit high quality standards. Doug's travels have taken him to many parts of the world such as Italy, England, France, and Belgium where the gardens he experienced have become an inspiration to his work. He brings to River Valley Landscapes a foundation in garden history, ecology, art, and horticulture. His talent for designing functional outdoor living spaces combined with a unique palette of plants enables him to create psychologically uplifting outdoor environments.

Chris Hock joined River Valley Landscapes as a landscape designer in 2007. His nine years of prior experience included designing outdoor living spaces incorporating a variety of elements. Natural looking water features, such as ponds, streams and waterfalls, were usually incorporated as the primary focal point of many of Chris's landscape designs. Chris's education and interest in residential architecture and design has influenced his desire to create outdoor spaces that are an extension of the indoor living spaces. He believes that carefully listening to a client to fully understand their goals, tastes, and lifestyle and incorporating that into a creative design is the key to a successful landscape.

• Graduate of the State University of New York: College of Environmental Science and Forestry with a degree in Landscape Architecture and Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in Architectural Technology.
  
  
• Interned with a National Park Service Landscape Architect at Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, CO.
